What we believe.

We believe that the Bible, composed of the Old and New Testament, is the inspired Word of God and is of supreme and final authority in faith and life.

We believe that there is one God who is the Creator  and Sustainer of all things, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son,  and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary; that He is God manifested in the flesh and is the only sufficient mediator between God and man.

We believe in the universal depravity of mankind, in the necessity of regeneration through the Holy Spirit  and our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord.

We believe in salvation by divine sacrifice, that the Son of God gave "His life a ransom for many" and "bore our sins in His body on the cross" and is received by personal faith in His shed blood.

We believe that the Gospel of Christ is the death, burial and resurrection of Christ and is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth.

We believe that Jesus Christ will return visibly and that His return is imminent according to His promise to receive His own.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust,  the everlasting blessedness of the saved and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost.

We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost to show his or her faith in the crucified, buried and risen Saviour, with its effect in the believers' death to sin and resurrection to a new life.

We believe that the Lord's Supper is commemoration of His death until He comes.

We believe that a New Testament Baptist Church is a body of baptized believers; organized, independent, self-governing and are voluntarily associated together for worship, fellowship, service and the spread of the Gospel.
